Europe, 1936. Two to eight players on one map. Hold 55% of the provinces to win outright, or the most of them on 1 January 1940.
How to playHold 55% of Europe's provinces to win at once, or hold the most provinces on 1 January 1940. Land you take in a war counts. One second is one day, and the match never pauses. Until 1 July 1936 there is peace: nobody can prepare a war or declare one.
Your nation's will to fight. Lost land, lost corps and long wars wear it down. At zero your armies fight on, weaker. You never surrender unless you choose to.
The mobilisation slider splits industry between the army and development, which grows industry for good. Queue corps in the Production tab. Too little steel slows industry; tanks burn oil.
Click the Manpower sign in the top bar to change the law: Volunteer Army (1% of the people), Light Conscription (3%), Mass Conscription (7%, at war, under threat or with a war goal) and All Men Serve (14%, at war only). A change takes 30 days.
Envoy (8 more relations), Alliance (if one of you is attacked, all go to war), Non aggression pact (a year in which neither of you may justify a war goal against the other; either side may end it with 30 days of notice) and Justify war goal (30 days, then 30 days to declare war). At war, White peace ends a war where it stands.
Every corps starts in I Command, which guards your borders. In the Army tab give commands orders: Hold, Advance (set an objective to aim the push) or Reserve. New corps join the starred command.
Tap a stack to select it, hold another to add it, double tap one for its whole command. Then tap a province to move or attack there. Hold the selection bar to take corps out of their command. With nothing selected, hold a country for its diplomacy.
Click a stack to select it (Shift adds, Shift and drag draws a box, a double click takes its whole command). Right click to move or attack. H takes corps out of their command. With nothing selected, right click a country for its diplomacy.
A token is a stack: the number is how many corps. Red borders are fronts. A round seal is a battle (green ring: you are winning). A red triangle means cut off from supply.
